We're growing the marketing team at Brand Hawkers and are looking for a Social Media Strategist who can build strategies from the ground up, run high-performing Meta ads, and turn platform knowledge into real business results.

All roles are 100% Remote - based out of India.

Social Media Strategist

Opening: 1 | Full time

CTC: Up to ₹7.2 LPA

You'll be a fit if you:

- Have 3+ years of experience as a Social Media Strategist or in a similar role at a brand, agency, or eCommerce business
- Have hands-on experience planning and executing social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube
- Can independently build and manage content calendars, campaigns, and platform-specific strategies from brief to execution
- Are proficient in running Meta Ads- Facebook and Instagram- including campaign setup, audience targeting, budget management, and performance optimisation
- Know how to post, schedule, and manage content on Instagram natively and understand what works on the platform in terms of formats, timing, and trends
- Have experience developing social media strategies that are tied to business goals- not just content for the sake of content




- Can analyse performance data across platforms and use those insights to improve reach, engagement, and conversions
- Are proficient in using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, Canva AI, Nano Banana and Pomeli Tool by Google Labs) to speed up content creation, ideation, and workflow
- Have a strong understanding of brand positioning, audience behaviour, and community management
- Can collaborate with designers, content creators, and account managers without needing hand-holding
- Are self-driven, organised, and fully comfortable working in a remote setup

Positive to have:

- Experience working with eCommerce or D2C brands
- Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools
- Experience creating AI-assisted content workflows
- Knowledge of paid campaign concepts beyond Meta- Google, YouTube, or LinkedIn Ads
- Ability to join within 30 days preferred
