Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, analytical, and result-oriented Social Media Executive who also has hands-on experience in SEO. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, improving organic search rankings through on-page and off-page SEO, and contributing to the company's overall digital marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, Pinterest, and other platforms.
- Develop monthly social media content calendars.
- Create captions, hashtags, and post descriptions.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for creatives and reels.
- Schedule posts using Meta Business Suite or other scheduling tools.
- Monitor comments, messages, and community engagement.
- Increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness organically.
- Execute paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare monthly reports.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) On-Page SEO

- Perform keyword research using SEO tools.
- Optimize title tags, meta descriptions, headers, URLs, and image alt tags.
- Improve website content based on target keywords.
- Create SEO-friendly landing pages and blog content.
- Optimize internal linking structure.
- Improve page loading speed and Core Web Vitals.
- Implement schema markup where applicable.
- Monitor website indexing and crawl issues.
- Perform regular website SEO audits.

Off-Page SEO

- Build high-quality backlinks through ethical link-building techniques.
- Submit websites to relevant business directories.
- Perform guest blogging and outreach activities.
- Create and manage local citations.
- Optimize Google Business Profile.
- Monitor backlink profile and remove toxic backlinks.
- Develop backlink strategies to improve domain authority.
- Perform competitor backlink analysis.

Technical SEO





- Monitor Google Search Console for indexing and coverage issues.
- Configure and monitor XML sitemaps and robots.txt.
- Identify and fix broken links.
- Improve website performance and mobile usability.
- Coordinate with the development team for SEO implementations.

Content Marketing

- Write SEO-optimized blogs and website content.
- Create engaging content for social media campaigns.
- Research trending topics and industry news.
- Repurpose blogs into social media posts, carousels, and videos.

Google Business Profile (GMB)

- Manage Google Business Profile listings.
- Publish regular posts and updates.
- Respond to customer reviews professionally.
- Monitor insights and improve local SEO performance.

Analytics & Reporting

- Track website performance using Google Analytics (GA4).
- Monitor keyword rankings using SEO tools.
- Analyze user behavior and website traffic.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Track social media engagement and ROI.

Required Skills

- Solid understanding of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.
- Experience with On-Page SEO and Off-Page SEO.
- Knowledge of Technical SEO.
- Familiarity with Google Search Console.
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4).
- Knowledge of Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Understanding of Google Business Profile (GMB) optimization.
- Experience with keyword research tools.
- Strong content writing skills.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Qualifications
