Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Executive to manage and grow our clients' social media presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have a passion for digital marketing, strong communication skills, and the ability to create engaging content that drives brand awareness and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, schedule, and publish content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.
- Develop monthly social media content calendars aligned with client objectives.
- Write engaging captions, coordinate creatives, and ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging platform features.
- Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely manner.
- Track campaign performance and prepare monthly reports using analytics tools.
- Collaborate with designers, content writers, video editors, and the digital marketing team to execute campaigns.
- Assist in influencer collaborations,



social media contests, and paid campaign coordination.
- Ensure timely execution of client deliverables while maintaining quality standards.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.

Preferred Skills

- Experience using tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar scheduling platforms.
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing concepts.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and social media insights.
- Ability to create engaging content ideas and adapt to changing social media trends.
- Experience working with Digital Marketing Agency is an added advantage.
