Role Description The Social Media Marketing Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for planning, creating, and publishing financial education content across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and email newsletters. Day-to-day tasks include developing social media campaigns, writing and designing posts and short-form video scripts, scheduling and optimizing content, and ensuring brand voice and messaging are consistent.

The specialist will monitor channel performance, analyze metrics, and adjust strategies to improve reach, engagement, and audience growth.



The role also involves collaborating with the founder and content team to translate financial concepts into accessible, audience-focused content, engaging with the online community through comments and messages, and staying updated on social media trends relevant to financial education.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing, with experience planning and executing multi-platform campaigns.
- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing, including writing captions, scripting short-form videos, and tailoring content to platform-specific audiences.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas, maintain a transparent brand voice, and engage thoughtfully with online communities.
- Relevant experience in financial education, personal finance, or business/entrepreneurship content is beneficial.
- Proficiency with social media management tools, basic analytics platforms, and content scheduling software is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment are required.
- A background in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is an asset.
