What You’ll Do:

- Be the voice of KoinX across platforms: engage daily on X (Twitter), Reddit, Telegram ,LinkedIn etc
- This role will involve social media management. You will be responsible for posting as per the content calendar, researching and identifying upcoming content opportunities, sharing actionable insights on relevant topics, and planning, managing, and maintaining the social media content calendar to ensure consistent execution.
- Comment strategically on trending and relevant posts to spark discussions and improve visibility.
- Execute KOL campaigns: coordinate outreach automation, manage influencer databases, and track engagement results.
- Track and report weekly social media stats: growth metrics, engagement trends, and campaign performance.

What We’re Looking For:

- Strong understanding of crypto, memes, and online culture.
- Active and savvy across X, Reddit, Telegram, and LinkedIn.
- Valuable written communication skills and a conversational tone.
- Attention to detail (you’ll be the first responder on behalf of the brand).

Performance KPIs (Key Performance Indicators):

X (Twitter) Engagement

- M eaningful comments or replies across relevant crypto, finance, and Web3 conversations.
- Maintain an average engagement quoted tweets & replies.
- Identify and engage with trending crypto discussions per week (including KOLs, CAs, and exchange accounts).

Reddit Participation

- Post high-quality comments per day on relevant subreddits (r/CryptoIndia, r/CryptoCurrency, r/BitcoinAUS, etc.).
- Identify new discussion opportunities weekly where KoinX can add value or share insights organically.

Telegram Community Engagement

- Engage daily on the KoinX Telegram community — respond to user questions, share updates, and spark conversations.
- Ensure quality interactions on a weekly basis (questions answered, messages initiated, or feedback acknowledged).

LinkedIn Engagement

- Engage under relevant industry posts weekly — founders, exchanges, regulatory updates, and crypto influencers.
- Maintain consistent presence under Punit Agarwal and KoinX posts , adding thoughtful, on-brand comments.

KOL Campaign Execution

- Initiate KOL campaigns every week by managing database, tracking deliverables, and scheduling outreach content.
- Maintain an updated KOL tracker with outreach status, performance metrics, and next steps.

Weekly engagement reports

- Platform-wise engagement numbers
- Best-performing comments or threads
- Insights from community behavior or trends

Interview Process

- Round 1 - Pre-screening of profile followed by a short-intro call.
- Round 2 - Interview with live assignment round
- Round 3 - Final call to check the alignment with KoinX values, communication style, and remote work fit.
