Netpuppys is on the hunt for a Social Media Specialist who lives and breathes content — someone who can spot a trend before it peaks, write a hook that stops the scroll, and isn't afraid to be the face of the brand on camera.

What You'll Do

- Plan, create, and publish content across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms for Netpuppys and our client brands
- Shoot and present in front of the camera — Reels, talking-head videos, BTS content, and short-form scripts are a core part of this role, not an occasional ask
- Write scroll-stopping captions, hooks, and copy that convert
- Track trends, sounds, and formats to keep content fresh and relevant
- Manage content calendars and posting schedules across multiple accounts
- Analyze performance data (reach, engagement, follower growth) and optimize based on what's working
- Collaborate with our design and video editing team to bring concepts to life
- Engage with communities, respond to comments/DMs, and build genuine audience relationships

What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or influencer marketing
- Comfortable and confident presenting on camera — this is a must,



not a nice-to-have
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn content trends
- A sharp eye for storytelling, trends, and what makes content shareable
- Basic shooting/editing skills (CapCut, Canva, or similar) are a big plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A portfolio, personal social handle, or past work samples that show your creative range
- Bonus: experience working with an agency or managing multiple client accounts
