Role Description The Social Media Marketing Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in North Goa. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging social media content across multiple platforms to build brand awareness and community engagement. The specialist will manage daily posting schedules, monitor performance metrics, and optimize campaigns to support Apskil’s programs and initiatives.

The role includes collaborating with internal teams to align messaging, responding to audience interactions, and coordinating digital marketing activities that drive traffic and conversions. The specialist will stay current with social media trends, propose new ideas, and support overall marketing strategies.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing skills, with experience managing campaigns across major platforms.





Candidates should possess Social Media Content Creation and Marketing skills, including planning, writing, and designing content tailored to target audiences.

Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Relevant experience in education, e-learning, or startup environments is beneficial.

Ability to analyze social media metrics, use marketing tools, and adapt strategies based on data insights is preferred.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting are advantageous.

A diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred but not strictly required if skills are demonstrable.
