We are seeking a talented Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our energetic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy across various platforms to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts.

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to align with business goals.

- Create engaging content for social media platforms (e.g., YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, etc.).

- Monitor and analyze social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for improvement.

- Manage social media accounts and ensure brand consistency.

- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to create and execute campaigns.

- Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns.





- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely manner.

- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.

- Prepare reports on social media performance metrics.

Requirements

- Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.

- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.

- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite).

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Creative mindset with a passion for creating engaging content.

- Analytical skills to analyze and interpret social media performance metrics.

- Kannada and English language proficiency are mandatory
