Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Social Media Marketing Specialist, based in the Kolkata, with flexibility for remote work. The specialist will be responsible for creating and managing social media content, executing digital marketing campaigns, developing and executing business activities for clients and analysing performance data to refine strategies. Daily tasks may include ideating social media posts, optimising engagement metrics, coordinating marketing strategies, collaborating with team members, and ensuring all content aligns with the brand's voice and objectives.

Job Responsibilities

1:



Plan and prioritise client communications that involves strategic business decisions and ensure timely deliveries

2: Develop and manage the content calendar for clients that includes content copies, ideations etc

3: Stay up to date with current topics & technologies, market trends on various media

4: Track key metrics to measure success of all kinds of campaigns

5: Analyse data from campaigns to formulate future strategies

6: Collaborate with other teams (marketing, design) to ensure delivery consistency

7: Involve in client interactions and upscale existing business and client follow up

Experience and Qualifications

- Experience in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing strategies
- Proficiency in Social Media Content Creation, including engaging and relevant posts
- Robust skills in Marketing and effective communication
- Proactive approach to staying updated on the latest social media trends and tools
- Deep understanding and hands on experience in running paid social media campaigns
- Ability to analyse campaign data and optimise for better engagement and performance
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience working in a digital agency environment is a plus
- Creative thinking, attention to detail, and strong organisational skills
