Role Description

We are looking for a Social Media Manager with a minimum of 1 year of agency experience who can independently manage multiple client brands across different industries.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata . The ideal candidate should be creative, organized, and capable of planning, executing, and optimizing social media strategies to improve organic reach, engagement, brand visibility, and audience growth .

Key Responsibilities

- Manage multiple client social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Create content calendars and execute monthly content strategies.
- Design engaging creatives using Canva or Adobe tools.
- Coordinate reels, short-form videos, and social media campaigns.
- Increase organic reach, engagement, followers, and profile visibility without relying on paid advertising.
- Monitor comments, DMs, reviews, and community interactions.
- Conduct competitor research, hashtag research, and trend analysis.
- Optimize social media profiles for better branding and performance.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Coordinate with designers, editors, SEO, and marketing teams to ensure timely project delivery.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Social Media Management (Agency experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube algorithms.




- Proven ability to grow social media accounts organically.
- Experience with Canva and basic video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN, etc.).
- Good understanding of branding, content strategy, audience engagement, and analytics.
- Ability to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Self-driven, creative, detail-oriented, and result-focused.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads will be considered an added advantage.
