Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and result-driven Social Media Manager to lead our brand's online presence across social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience in content strategy, campaign planning, community management, and performance marketing, preferably in the Real Estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Create and manage content calendars in coordination with the design and marketing teams.
- Write engaging captions and ensure consistent brand communication.
- Manage social media campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, influencers,



and agencies for content creation.
- Stay updated with social media trends and implement cutting-edge ideas.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to promote projects and campaigns.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Social Media Management.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Meta Business Suite.
- Excellent content writing and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and social media insights.
- Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate:

- Strong portfolio of social media campaigns and content.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
