About the Role

As a Social Media Marketing Intern, you'll work closely with our Social Media team to create engaging content, execute campaigns, analyze performance, and help manage social media presence for leading brands. This internship offers hands-on exposure to real client accounts and agency operations.

Responsibilities

- Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
- Research industry trends, viral content, competitors, and audience insights.
- Create engaging captions, post copies, and content ideas.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content teams for creative execution.
- Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools.




- Monitor comments, messages, and community engagement.
- Track campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Suggest innovative content formats to improve engagement and reach.
- Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and emerging social media trends.

Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, Journalism, or a related field.

Required Skills

- Passionate about social media, digital marketing, and content creation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
- Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, or scheduling tools is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced agency workplace.
