Role Description As a Social Media Marketing Intern at GrowEasy?, you will support the marketing team in planning and executing social media campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter. You will assist in creating engaging social media content, including posts, captions, stories, and short videos that align with the brand’s voice and target audience.

Your daily responsibilities will include scheduling content, monitoring performance metrics, interacting with followers,



and contributing ideas to grow community engagement. You will collaborate with team members to support broader digital marketing initiatives and help maintain a consistent online presence. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida.

Qualifications

- Strong interest and foundational skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing.
- Ability to create and adapt Social Media Content Creation and Marketing materials to different platforms.
- Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of analytics tools and trends in social media and online marketing.
- Enrolled in or recently completed a degree or course in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-site team setting.
- Familiarity with design or video-editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe tools) is an advantage.
