Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and manage social media marketing strategies across multiple platforms
- Handle paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and other digital platforms
- Manage and optimize YouTube channels, including growth strategies and YouTube monetization
- Create engaging content strategies to increase reach, engagement, and followers
- Monitor campaign performance,



analyze metrics, and prepare performance reports
- Improve brand visibility, lead generation, and audience engagement through digital marketing initiatives
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and digital marketing practices
- Coordinate with creative and content teams for campaign execution

Requirements:

- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing or Digital Marketing
- Strong communication and creative thinking skills
- Solid hands-on experience with paid ads and campaign optimization
- Must have experience in YouTube monetization and channel growth
- Good understanding of SEO, social media analytics, and content marketing
