Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

- Content Strategy: Create, curate, and schedule engaging organic content across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.

- Community Engagement: Monitor channels, respond to comments, and foster active digital communities.

- Trend Capturing: Identify and leverage viral trends, audio, and formats to boost organic reach.

Performance & Growth Marketing

- Meta Ads: Set up, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns on Facebook and Instagram Ads Manager.

- PPC Management: Plan and execute search, display, and video campaigns via Google Ads.

- A/B Testing: Run ongoing experiments with ad creatives, copy, bidding strategies, and target audiences.

- ROI Optimization: Monitor key metrics like CAC, ROAS, CTR, and CPL to maximize budget efficiency.

Retention & Automation

- WhatsApp Marketing: Design, execute,



and automate broadcast campaigns and customer journeys.

- Funnel Building: Optimize landing pages and user flows to convert traffic into active customers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: 12 years of hands-on experience in social media and performance marketing.

- Ad Platforms: Foundational expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics (GA4).

- Communication: Exceptional copywriting skills for social captions, ad copies, and WhatsApp broadcasts.

- Tools: Proficiency with WhatsApp automation tools (e.g. Wati, Interakt), CRM software, and Canva.

- Analytical Mindset: Ability to translate data spreadsheets into actionable marketing insights.

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
