Role Overview

We're looking for a strategic, creative, and execution-focused Social Media & Brand Marketing Manager to lead our digital brand presence. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of scaling social channels, creating high-impact content, driving audience engagement, and translating brand strategy into measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and drive audience growth, engagement, and lead generation across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant social platforms.
- Develop and execute integrated social media campaigns aligned with brand, marketing, and business goals.
- Conceptualize, script, and lead the production of high-performing short-form and long-form content.
- Serve as the face of the brand for videos, webinars, interviews, podcasts, and social-first content.
- Partner with design, performance marketing, and content teams to execute compelling, insight-led campaigns.
- Track, analyze,



and optimize content performance using platform insights and data to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Stay ahead of platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging content formats to maintain a competitive edge.
- Build and scale influencer, creator, and community-led marketing initiatives that strengthen brand visibility and credibility.

What We're Looking For
- 7–8 years of experience in Social Media, Brand Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
- Demonstrated success in growing social media platforms and executing high-impact campaigns.
- Exceptional storytelling, content strategy, and creative thinking skills.
- Strong on-camera presence with confidence in representing the brand.
- Hands-on experience managing influencer partnerships and creator ecosystems.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and campaign optimization skills.
