Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role based in the Greater Kolkata Area.

The Social Media

Manager will oversee day-to-day management of brand profiles across social platforms, including planning, creating, and publishing engaging content.

Responsibilities include developing and implementing social media strategies, optimizing posts for reach and engagement, and monitoring performance metrics and analytics. The role involves coordinating with design and content teams, responding to audience interactions,



staying updated on platform trends, and supporting broader digital campaigns to strengthen brand visibility.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to manage and grow brand presence across platforms.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Writing skills to craft clear, engaging, and brand-consistent messaging.
- Candidates should possess Content Strategy skills to plan, schedule, and optimize content that aligns with marketing goals and target audiences.
- Experience with social media analytics tools, campaign reporting, and performance tracking is beneficial.
- Familiarity with basic design principles and collaboration with creative teams is an advantage.
- Previous experience in a social media or digital marketing role, preferably in an agency or creative setting, is preferred.
- A relevant degree or certification in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is an asset.
