ABOUT THE ROLE

We are hiring a Social Media Manager (Strategy + Management + Reporting) for Tagbin Services Pvt Ltd in Gurgaon, Haryana, India. This is a Full-Time Hybrid role with a joining timeline of Within 15 days.

You will own the company's social presence end to end: strategy, content calendar, publishing, community, influencer coordination, and reporting. This is a builder role. You are not maintaining a page. You are creating the voice of a new health category from post number one, through a festive D2C launch and a doctor-led trust engine.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategy across platforms.
2. Build and manage content calendar aligned with brand launches and campaigns.
3. Handle daily publishing, community engagement, and real-time moderation.
4. Coordinate with influencers and key opinion leaders for authentic collaborations.
5.



Create detailed performance reports and optimize strategies based on data insights.
6. Shape the unique brand voice for a pioneering health category from the ground up.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Proven experience managing social media for D2C or health brands.
2. Strong expertise in both strategic planning and hands-on execution.
3. Excellent writing and content creation skills with ability to build community.
4. Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools and reporting.
5. Experience coordinating influencer campaigns and measuring ROI.
6. Ability to work in a quick-paced startup environment with tight timelines.
