- Tentwala is building the tech-enabled backbone for event rentals in Hyderabad. We are Hyderabad-based event rental partner specializing in seating, carpets, tables, tents and a full range of event equipment for occasions of all sizes. The company serves personal events and corporate gatherings across Hyderabad.

Role Description The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing Tentwala’s presence across social platforms, including planning, creating, and publishing engaging content that showcases event setups, services, and customer stories. Day-to-day tasks include developing and executing social media campaigns, optimizing profiles and posts for reach and engagement, monitoring performance metrics, and responding to comments and messages in a timely, professional manner. The role also involves collaborating with the operations and sales teams to promote offers, highlight key events, gather visuals from on-ground setups, and ensure brand consistency across all channels.

What You'll Do

- Plan, design, and publish engaging posts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile
- Build presence on Reddit and X to spark conversations, engage communities, and grow brand awareness beyond our core platforms
- Build a content calendar aligned with our brand identity (black/gold/white, clean and premium)




- Write captions and content that build brand awareness and drive real engagement
- Apply basic SEO principles to improve content and profile discoverability
- Use tools like Canva and AI tools (Claude, Nano Banana, etc.) to design and draft content efficiently
- Track performance (reach, engagement, saves, shares) and adjust strategy based on what works
- Work directly with the founder on campaigns, offers, and seasonal content

What We're Looking For

- 3+ years of relevant social media management experience (compulsory) — for a brand.
- Strong sense of branding and visual design — you know what "on-brand" looks like.
- Hands-on skill with Canva; bonus if you can do basic photo/video editing.
- Comfortable using AI tools for content ideation and creation.
- Basic understanding of SEO (keywords, hashtags, local search)
- A portfolio or social handles you've managed that show your work.
- Based in Hyderabad, work from office 5 days a week.

Positive to Have

- Experience with a local or D2C consumer brand.
- Familiarity with events, hospitality, or rental industry.
- Basic photography/videography skills for content shoots.

Compensation ₹4.8 LPA – ₹7.8 LPA, based on experience
