Role Description The Social Media Manager is a full-time role responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing the brand’s social media presence across multiple platforms. This hybrid position is based in Pune City, with a mix of in-office collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day tasks include developing content calendars, creating and editing posts, managing community interactions, and monitoring platform performance.

The Social Media

Manager will analyze metrics, refine strategies, coordinate with creative and marketing teams, and stay current on social media trends and best practices. The role also involves managing campaigns, ensuring brand consistency,



and contributing ideas to strengthen overall digital strategy.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO), including platform management and campaign execution.
- Ability to develop and implement effective Content Strategy tailored to different platforms and target audiences.
- Excellent Communication and Writing skills for explicit, engaging, and brand-aligned messaging.
- Experience using social media analytics tools to track performance, interpret data, and recommend improvements.
- Familiarity with basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express) to collaborate on or create visual content.
- Proven experience managing brand or agency social media accounts, ideally within a creative or digital marketing environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with capacity to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort working in a hybrid setup in Pune City and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
