Role Description The Social Media Manager role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Noida, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing social media content across platforms to support client campaigns and brand objectives. Day-to-day work includes managing social media calendars, optimizing posts for engagement and reach, monitoring performance metrics, and refining strategies based on data insights.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) for multiple platforms.
- Robust Communication and Writing skills for clear, engaging, and brand-aligned messaging.
- Experience in developing and executing Content Strategy tailored to digital and social channels.
- Ability to analyze social media metrics, generate reports, and adjust campaigns based on performance data.
- Familiarity with paid social advertising tools and basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts.
- Comfort working in a hybrid environment, managing time effectively between office and remote work.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Previous experience managing social media accounts for brands or agencies; experience in tech, finance, or travel is an advantage.
