Role Description The Social Media Marketing Intern will support the growth of XOTIC Essentials’ online presence through day-to-day content creation, posting, and engagement on key social media platforms. This full-time role includes assisting with campaign planning, scheduling posts, monitoring performance metrics, and interacting with the online community to build brand awareness.



The intern will collaborate with the marketing team to align social media activities with broader digital marketing initiatives and brand guidelines.

This is an in office position based in Lucknow, requiring active participation in meetings, content brainstorming sessions, and coordination with other team members.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing.
- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic understanding of analytics tools and social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest) is beneficial.
- Ability to generate creative ideas, follow brand guidelines, and work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
- Interest in luxury home décor, lifestyle, or design is a plus.
- Relevant coursework or prior internship experience in marketing, communications, or related fields is advantageous.
