Social Media Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Manager to manage and grow the companys social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies and monthly content calendars.

- Manage daily posting, scheduling and publishing across social media platforms.

- Create engaging content ideas, captions, reels, stories and campaigns.

- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors and other creative teams.

- Monitor social media trends, competitors and industry developments.

- Increase followers, engagement, reach and overall brand visibility.

- Track and analyse social media performance using relevant analytics tools.

- Manage comments, messages and audience engagement.

- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, contests and collaborations.





- Prepare regular social media performance reports and suggest improvements.

- Ensure consistent brand communication and maintain the company’s online image.

Requirements

- Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing or a related field.

- 2–5 years of experience in Social Media Management.

- Robust knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.

- Good understanding of content creation, reels, trends and social media analytics.

- Excellent communication and creative skills.

- Knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite and basic video-editing tools is preferred.
