Role Description The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and growing Real Jobs Consulting Services’ presence across key social media platforms. This full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram includes planning and executing social media campaigns, creating and scheduling content, monitoring performance metrics, and optimizing posts to increase engagement and brand awareness.

The role involves collaborating with internal teams to align social media messaging with overall marketing and business objectives, responding to audience comments and inquiries, and maintaining a consistent, professional brand voice.

Manager will also stay updated on social media trends and tools, propose new ideas to enhance online visibility, and prepare regular reports on campaign performance for stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to plan, execute, and refine campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Writing skills to craft clear, engaging, and brand-aligned messages for diverse audiences.
- Candidates should possess solid Content Strategy skills to plan content calendars, align posts with marketing goals, and tailor content for different channels.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with social media analytics tools and basic understanding of digital marketing metrics to track performance and inform decisions.
- Relevant experience managing social media accounts for organizations or brands, preferably in recruiting, HR, consulting, or professional services.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a quick-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with graphic design or basic creative tools (e.g., Canva, image/video editors) is an advantage.
