About the role

- Own the content calendar — decide what goes out, when, and how, including which products, packages, and offers we push

- Research destinations, trends, and what's actually working on Instagram for our audience

- Manage and coordinate the internal team — get work done from the designer and writer, and keep everyone aligned

- Coordinate with external vendors when needed, like getting shoots and reels professionally edited

- Pitch in on design yourself when needed — Canva-level skills are enough, no expectation of qualified design tools

- Track what's working and keep adjusting the strategy as the page grows

Requirements

- Up to 2 years of experience — freshers welcome too

- No specific degree required, skills matter more

- Know the basics of what makes Instagram grow and what makes a post go viral

- Spontaneous and quick to jump on trends as they happen

- Leadership skills — you'll be managing the designer and writer

- Comfortable working in Canva — that's all you need, we're not looking for complicated tools

- Plus point: you're a content creator yourself
