Pragati One ( P-1 India Pvt. Ltd.) is looking for a creative and technically solid Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities Manage daily activities across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter/X.

Develop engaging content strategies and maintain consistent posting schedules.

Write high-quality, brand-aligned content (posts, reels, scripts, captions).

Collaborate with design/video teams to create impactful visual content.

Track performance through analytics and prepare weekly/monthly reports.

Optimize content based on trends, algorithms, and platform best practices.

Run paid campaigns for brand awareness and lead generation (preferred).

Engage with audiences, handle DMs/comments, and manage brand reputation.

Requirements 2–5+ years of experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing.

Excellent content writing, storytelling, and communication skills.

Strong technical understanding of all social media platforms and tools.

Knowledge of the Indian startup/MSME ecosystem is a plus.

Ability to work independently and handle fast-paced operations.
