About the Role

We are seeking a creative, data-informed Social Media Manager with ~4.5 years of hands-on experience to lead and elevate our social media presence across all digital channels. Based in Jaipur, you will be responsible for building multi-channel social media strategies, driving organic and paid engagement, managing video and visual content pipelines, and leading creative execution aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategy & Planning: Develop, execute, and scale dynamic end-to-end social media strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, X (Twitter), and Pinterest.
- Content & Reel Production: Conceptualize and script short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, visual campaigns), collaborating with graphic designers, videographers, and content creators.
- Editorial Calendar: Maintain detailed monthly content calendars, grid layouts, and publishing schedules across brand handles.
- Paid Social Media Campaigns: Plan, run, and optimize paid performance campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) with a focus on reach, lead generation, and ROAS optimization.
- Analytics & Performance Tracking: Monitor analytics using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and platform native insights to measure KPIs and build weekly/monthly ROI reports.
- Community Engagement: Oversee online reputation management, respond to audience queries/comments, and foster an active online community.
- Trends & Social Listening: Track real-time digital marketing trends, viral formats,



platform algorithm updates, and competitor moves to capture engagement opportunities.
- Influencer & Brand Partnerships: Identify, connect with, and manage relationships with influencers and affiliate creators for brand campaigns.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: 4 to 5 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Strategist, or Senior Social Media Executive (Agency or In-house brand experience preferred).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Meta Business Manager, Canva, Hootsuite/Later/Buffer, Sprout Social, and basic video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar).
- Analytics Knowledge: Hands-on experience reading performance data, calculating CAC/ROAS, and converting metrics into actionable insights.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, with strong copy/caption writing abilities.

Preferred Skills & Capabilities
- Strong understanding of e-commerce branding, D2C trends, or corporate digital presence.
- Familiarity with AI-driven content generation tools and workflow automation.
- Basic graphic design or aesthetic photography direction skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with graphic design, SEO, copy, and performance marketing teams.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Growth & Engagement: % increase in organic reach, follower acquisition, and engagement rates.
- Video Performance: Short-form video (Reels/Shorts) view duration and virality metrics.
- Conversion/Lead Generation: Click-through rates (CTR) and lead conversions from paid and organic social campaigns.
- Consistency: On-time execution of content calendars and campaign rollouts.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
