Role & responsibilities

- Develop and execute B2B social media strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Meta platforms.
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid and organic campaigns to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
- Manage campaign budgets, monitor performance, and maximize ROI.
- Create authentic, engaging, and trend-driven content that resonates with Gen-Z and professional audiences.
- Build and manage content calendars aligned with business and marketing objectives.
- Analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and recommend optimization strategies.
- Collaborate with design, sales, and product teams to create high-performing campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and AI marketing tools.
- Grow CareerPassports digital presence through innovative campaigns and community engagement.
- Experiment with new content formats, influencer collaborations, and growth initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.




- 13 years of experience in Social Media Marketing or Digital Marketing.
- Robust expertise in LinkedIn marketing and B2B content strategy.
- Hands-on experience with Instagram growth strategies and Meta Ads Manager.
- Good understanding of B2B marketing, lead generation, and brand building.
- Experience managing campaign budgets and measuring ROI.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns across different platforms simultaneously.
- Strong copywriting, communication, analytical, and creative thinking skills.
- Demonstrated personal social media presence with strong engagement or proven content traction.
- Experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and social media scheduling tools.
- Experience working with SaaS, HR Tech, Recruitment, or B2B technology brands is preferred.
