Role Description The Social Media Manager and Content Creator is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging social media content that showcases PSA3D STUDIOS’ 3D and VFX work across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging channels. Daily tasks include developing content calendars, writing captions, creating short-form video and image assets in collaboration with the studio team, and ensuring consistent brand messaging.

The role also involves monitoring social media performance, analyzing metrics, responding to community interactions and inquiries, and adjusting strategies based on insights.

The Social Media

Manager and Content Creator will work closely with designers,



VFX artists, and leadership to support marketing campaigns, promote new projects, and maintain a strong online presence.

Qualifications

Ability to plan and execute social media strategies, including content calendars, platform-specific tactics, and campaign coordination.

Strong content creation skills, including writing compelling captions, scripting short videos, and collaborating on visual assets with 3D and VFX teams.

Experience managing social media profiles, publishing posts, monitoring engagement, and maintaining a consistent brand voice.

Basic familiarity with graphic design or video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar) to adapt and optimize content for various platforms.

Comfort with analytics and insights tools to track performance, generate easy reports, and refine content strategies based on data.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Prior experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation in a creative or media-focused organization is preferred.

Relevant education in marketing, communications, media, design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
