Role Description The Social Media Executive will manage and grow brand presence across social media platforms, ensuring consistent and engaging communication with target audiences. This full-time, on-site role in Noida involves planning and executing social media campaigns, optimizing content for performance, and monitoring analytics to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.

Day-to-day tasks include developing content calendars, collaborating with designers and writers, managing posts and stories, responding to community interactions, and aligning social media activity with broader marketing goals.



The role also requires staying current with platform trends, competitor activity, and best practices to continuously refine social strategies.

The Social Media

Executive will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to support client objectives and deliver high-impact digital outcomes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to plan campaigns, grow audiences, and improve performance across platforms.
- Candidates should possess solid Media Planning skills to allocate budgets, select channels, and schedule campaigns for maximum impact.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Writing skills to craft clear, engaging, and brand-aligned social media copy.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with social media analytics tools and platform insights to track KPIs, generate reports, and optimize content.
- Candidates should possess the ability to work in office in Noida, collaborate within a creative team, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Relevant experience in digital marketing or social media roles, preferably in an agency environment, is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred; certifications in social media or digital marketing are an advantage.
