Social Media Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Executive to manage the company's social media presence, create engaging content, increase brand visibility, and generate audience engagement across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow the company's presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.

- Develop and execute social media strategies and content calendars.

- Create and coordinate engaging posts, reels, stories, videos, creatives, and captions.

- Handle day-to-day posting, scheduling, comments, messages, and audience engagement.

- Identify trends, hashtags, content opportunities, and competitor activities.

- Coordinate with the design, sales, and marketing teams for promotional campaigns.

- Monitor social media performance and prepare monthly performance reports and analytics.

- Support lead generation and brand awareness campaigns through social media.

- Manage paid social media campaigns/advertisements, where required.





- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, tools, and content formats.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of major social media platforms.

- Good content writing, communication, and creative skills.

- Basic knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, and social media analytics.

- Understanding of reels, short-form videos, hashtags, and social media trends.

- Basic understanding of paid social media advertising.

- Creative mindset with robust attention to detail.

- Ability to manage multiple platforms and deadlines.

Qualification & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.

- 1–4 years of experience in Social Media Management / Digital Marketing.

- Candidates with a strong social media portfolio will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
