Role Description The Social Media Executive/Specialist will manage and grow Pinnacle Connect’s social media presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and scheduling posts, curating visual and written content, monitoring engagement, responding to audience interactions, and optimizing performance using analytics.

The role will also support broader digital marketing initiatives, collaborate with internal teams to align social content with brand strategy, and stay updated on trends in luxury and lifestyle media. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Gurugram, with a mix of in office work and some work-from-home flexibility.





Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation, including planning campaigns, managing channels, and crafting platform-appropriate posts.
- Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing and Marketing, such as understanding online campaign strategies, brand positioning, and audience targeting.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools, content scheduling platforms, and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark or similar) is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, along with prior experience in social media roles, especially within luxury or lifestyle brands, is preferred.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Gurugram, manage deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced media environment.
