Responsibilities:-

- Manage and grow social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter) with consistent brand voice.
- Plan, schedule, and publish high-quality content to maximize reach and engagement
- Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with campaigns and business goals
- Plan, promote, and host webinars/live sessions in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Track performance, analyze metrics,



and deliver actionable insights and reports
- Engage with the audience, respond to queries, and build a strong online community
- Drive follower growth, brand visibility, and overall digital presence through strategic initiatives
- Stay updated on trends, competitor activities, and continuously optimize strategies.

Skills Required:-

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 1-4 years of experience in social media management
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with webinar tools and hosting
- Ability to plan and manage content calendars
- Basic knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, platform insights, etc.)
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
