Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive to manage and grow our digital presence across multiple platforms. The role focuses on promoting job vacancies, employer branding, recruitment campaigns, and company updates to attract candidates and clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain company social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, etc.)

- Create and post engaging content for job openings, hiring campaigns, walk-in interviews, and recruitment drives

- Design basic creatives, reels, and short videos related to recruitment and careers

- Respond to candidate queries and messages on social media platforms in a timely manner

- Coordinate with recruitment teams to understand hiring requirements and promote them online

- Monitor social media performance and suggest improvements to increase reach and engagement

- Maintain content calendars and ensure consistent posting

- Promote company brand, success stories, client wins, and employee activities

- Stay updated with social media trends, hashtags, and recruitment marketing practices
