Dream Travel Yaari is a growing travel company specializing in domestic and international tour packages. We are looking for a creative and trend-focused Social Media Executive who can build our online presence through engaging, organic, and travel-focused content.

We are looking for a Social Media Executive – Content & Reels who understands social media trends and can independently create engaging content, especially Reels and short-form videos. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with content ideation, shooting, editing, posting, and managing social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow the company's social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.

Create engaging and creative Reels, short-form videos, posts, stories, and other social media content.

Generate organic content ideas based on current social media and travel industry trends.

Shoot and edit Reels and short videos using tools such as CapCut, VN, Canva, Premiere Pro, or similar software.

Identify trending audio, formats, hashtags, topics, and content styles relevant to the travel industry.

Plan and maintain a regular social media content calendar.

Write engaging captions, hooks, and CTAs for social media content.

Monitor content performance, engagement, reach, views, and follower growth.





Develop creative campaigns to increase organic reach and brand awareness.

Research competitors and identify new content opportunities.

Coordinate with the travel and sales team to understand current offers, destinations, packages, and promotions and convert them into engaging content.

Stay updated with the latest Instagram and social media trends and implement them quickly.

Ensure consistent branding and quality across all social media platforms. Key Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in Social Media, Content Creation, Digital Marketing, or a similar role.

Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and short-form video content.

Hands-on experience in Reels creation and video editing.

Good understanding of organic social media growth.

Robust creativity and ability to generate fresh content ideas.

Knowledge of current social media and travel trends.

Good communication and copywriting skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple content requirements.

Experience in the travel, tourism, hospitality, or lifestyle industry will be an advantage.

Candidates with a strong portfolio of Reels/social media work will be preferred. What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who is not just a social media handler but a creative content creator who can take an idea from concept to final Reel — including ideation, shooting, editing, posting, and performance tracking.
