Key Responsibilities

- Managing and posting content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and X
- Planning and maintaining a content calendar for consistent and timely posting
- Driving engagement through compelling captions, relevant hashtags, and community interaction
- Bringing a strategic approach to content — understanding what works, what doesn’t, and why
- Tracking performance metrics and suggesting improvements based on insights
- Collaborating with the content and design team to ensure on-brand, audience-relevant posts
- Staying on top of trends in the automotive and digital space

What We’re Looking For

- 6 months to 1 year of hands-on social media experience




- Someone who genuinely enjoys social media and understands how platforms work
- Good sense of aesthetics and an eye for engaging content
- Basic understanding of social media analytics
- Robust written communication and caption-writing ability
- Preference will be given to candidates from the automobile or auto-adjacent segment
