Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media & D2C Marketing Manager to manage our brand's digital presence across social media and Shopify. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing influencer and UGC collaborations, maintaining the Shopify website, and executing campaigns that drive brand awareness and sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage the monthly social media content calendar (Reels, Stories, Carousels, Posts).
- Create content ideas, write captions, scripts, and creator briefs.
- Manage UGC and influencer collaborations from concept to execution.
- Coordinate product dispatches, follow-ups, content reviews, and approvals.
- Maintain a premium and consistent brand identity across all digital platforms.
- Manage and update the Shopify website, including product pages, banners, collections, landing pages, and promotional content.
- Ensure product information, pricing, and website content are accurate and up to date.
- Plan integrated marketing campaigns across Social Media, Shopify, and Marketplaces.
- Track campaign performance and prepare monthly reports with actionable insights.
- Use tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, ChatGPT, and basic video editing software to create marketing assets.

Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Social Media, Content Marketing, D2C, or E-commerce.




- Hands-on experience with Shopify.
- Strong copywriting, content planning, and Reel/UGC scripting skills.
- Experience working with influencers and creators.
- Good understanding of Instagram trends and short-form video content.
- Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
- Basic understanding of marketing metrics such as ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPM, Conversion Rate, and Engagement Rate.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with consumer brands, beauty, personal care, baby care, lifestyle, or e-commerce.
- Knowledge of Amazon, Quick Commerce platforms, Meta Ads, Klaviyo, and Shopify apps is an added advantage.
