Role Description The Social Media Content Creator is a full time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms to promote TripCiti’s travel packages and services. Day-to-day tasks include developing content calendars, writing posts and captions, sourcing or creating images and short videos, and optimizing content for each platform.

Creator will monitor engagement and feedback, respond to comments and messages, and collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support campaigns and promotions. The role also involves analyzing performance metrics, staying updated on social media trends, and proposing new ideas to strengthen TripCiti’s online presence.

Qualifications





- Strong skills in social media content creation, including writing engaging posts, crafting compelling captions, and developing visual concepts for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Experience with basic graphic design or video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, mobile editing apps) to produce images, stories, and short-form video content.
- Knowledge of social media strategy, community management, and content scheduling tools, with the ability to plan calendars and maintain consistent brand messaging.
- Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including audience targeting, campaign support, and performance tracking through analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional regional languages are an advantage.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt content for different audiences and platforms.
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Pune Division and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in social media content creation.
- Interest in travel and tourism, with the ability to translate trip experiences and package details into appealing online stories.
