Job Overview

We are looking for a fresher who is creative, social-media savvy, and interested in content creation. The candidate should have a basic understanding of how social media works and be able to identify trending topics, viral content ideas, and engaging content formats.

You don't need to be an expert. We are looking for someone who is creative, willing to learn, comfortable experimenting, and passionate about creating content.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Come up with creative and viral content ideas for Reels, Shorts, posts, and stories.
- Research and stay updated with the latest social media trends, viral formats, trending sounds, memes, and topics.
- Assist in planning and maintaining the company's social media content calendar.
- Handle basic camera setup and shooting for videos, Reels, interviews, and promotional content.
- Record short-form videos and other social media content.
- Perform basic video editing for Reels, Shorts, and social media posts.
- Create attractive and engaging captions, hooks, and basic social media copy.
- Assist in developing creative campaigns and social media concepts.
- Monitor competitors and identify new content opportunities.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh content ideas.




- Assist with uploading, scheduling, and managing social media posts.
- Track basic content performance such as views, reach, engagement, and shares.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative team to improve content quality and engagement.

Required Skills The candidate should have basic knowledge of:

- Camera handling and basic shooting

- Canva and/or similar design tools
- CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, or similar video-editing tools
- Social media posting and management
- Basic copywriting and caption writing

- Proactive attitude-you should be someone who can say "I have an idea" rather than waiting for instructions.

Eligibility




- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- 0–1 year of experience in content creation or social media is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Students or recent graduates with relevant skills can apply.
- Personal Instagram pages, YouTube channels, Reels, Shorts, or any content portfolio will be an added advantage.
- Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Media, or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
