About the Role

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and camera-confident Social Media Content Creator to join our marketing team. If you enjoy creating engaging content, telling compelling stories, and are comfortable being the face of educational real estate content, we'd love to meet you.

This is a full-time, on-site role where you'll create impactful content that builds trust, educates buyers, and strengthens Skyvibe Realty Group's digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social platforms.
- Create high-quality posts, reels, short videos, and stories showcasing properties, market trends, and client success stories.
- Be comfortable appearing on camera for educational, informational, and brand-building reels and short-form videos.
- Develop and maintain monthly content calendars aligned with ongoing campaigns and project launches.
- Write compelling captions, scripts, and marketing copy that reflect the brand's voice.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create campaign-focused content.




- Monitor social media trends and leverage them to improve content performance.
- Engage with audiences by responding to comments and messages professionally.
- Track content performance using analytics and optimize strategies based on insights.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and external creative partners when required.

Requirements
- Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Social Media Content Creator.
- Strong experience creating content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and visual communication skills.
- Basic graphic design knowledge using Canva, Adobe Express, Photoshop, or similar tools.
- Experience creating and editing short-form videos using mobile and desktop editing tools.
- Comfortable speaking on camera and creating educational, informative, and brand-focused reels.
- Good understanding of social media algorithms, audience engagement, and content optimization.
- Strong communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in real estate, lifestyle, or local business content will be an added advantage.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred.
