Employment: 3 LPA (25K Inhand) We’re looking for a Creative Content Creator who lives at the intersection of creativity, content, design and AI.

If you can turn a simple idea into a compelling visual, understand what makes content scroll-stopping, and know how to use AI tools and prompts to create better content faster — we want to meet you. What You’ll Do

Develop creative concepts and content ideas for brands across fashion, lifestyle, beauty, eyewear, Home, D2C and other categories.

Create AI-generated images, videos, product visuals and creative concepts using tools such as Midjourney, ChatGPT, Gemini, Flux, Runway, Kling, Nano Banana and other emerging AI tools.

Write and refine effective AI prompts for image and video generation.

Convert creative briefs into strong visual directions, references, moodboards and final content.

Create social media content including Reels, static posts, carousels, stories and ad creatives.

Experiment with new AI tools, workflows and techniques to improve creative output.

Work closely with the creative, design, photography, video and marketing teams.

Understand brand aesthetics and maintain visual consistency across campaigns.

Create content specifically designed for social media engagement and performance marketing.

Repurpose existing brand assets into multiple creative formats and concepts.

Stay updated with the rapidly evolving world of Generative AI, content creation and social media trends. What We’re Looking For

Strong creative thinking and an eye for visual aesthetics.





Good understanding of social media content and what makes people stop scrolling.

Hands-on experience with AI image/video generation tools.

Strong understanding of prompt writing and prompt iteration.

Basic understanding of design tools such as Photoshop, Canva, Figma or similar.

Understanding of composition, typography, lighting, styling and visual storytelling.

Ability to take a rough idea and turn it into a complete creative.

Curiosity to constantly experiment with new AI tools and workflows.

Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced creative environment.

You’ll Get Extra Points For

Experience creating AI product photography or advertising creatives.

Knowledge of AI video generation and image-to-video workflows.

Experience with tools like Midjourney, Flux, Runway, Kling, ChatGPT, Gemini, Nano Banana, Adobe Firefly or similar.

Understanding of Meta Ads creatives and performance-driven content.

Experience working with D2C, fashion, beauty, eyewear, lifestyle or e-commerce brands.

A portfolio demonstrating AI-assisted creative work. Important

We are not looking for someone who simply knows how to type prompts into ChatGPT.

We’re looking for someone who understands creative direction + AI + storytelling + execution.

You should be able to look at a product and say:

“Here’s the idea. Here’s how we can make it visually engaging. And here’s how AI can help us execute it.”
