Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Content Creator role based in Ahmedabad.

The Social Media Content

Creator will develop, write, and publish engaging content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels to build brand awareness in insurance and financial services. Day-to-day tasks include creating posts, short videos, and stories; planning content calendars; collaborating with marketing and sales teams to align messaging; and responding to comments or messages to foster community engagement. The role also involves tracking basic metrics and insights,



monitoring trends in social media and financial services, and suggesting content ideas that support campaigns and client education.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a structured environment while bringing creativity and clarity to complex financial topics.

Qualifications

Strong social media content creation skills, including writing captions, developing visual concepts, and creating short-form video or story content.

Experience managing social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), including scheduling posts and maintaining a consistent brand voice.

Basic understanding of digital marketing principles, such as audience targeting, engagement, and brand-building through social channels.

Ability to research and simplify topics related to insurance, financial services, and risk management for broad audiences.

Valuable written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.

Attention to detail, time-management skills, and the ability to meet deadlines in a full-time on-site setting.

Familiarity with design or editing tools (such as Canva, basic photo/video editing software) is beneficial.

Relevant education in marketing, communications, media, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in social media or content creation is an asset.
