Role Description The Social Media Content Creator Intern will support Espiratia’s digital presence by planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and other relevant channels. Day-to-day tasks include drafting posts, creating basic visual assets, repurposing existing materials into social formats, and aligning content with ongoing programs and campaigns. The intern will monitor trends,



support community engagement by responding to comments and messages, and assist in tracking post performance and audience insights.

This is an internship role and is fully remote, offering flexibility and exposure to neuroscience-driven learning, AI-powered insights, and behavioral transformation themes.

Qualifications

Should be able to create reels Basic understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices for content creation and audience engagement.

Comfort with using design or content tools (e.g., Canva, basic video editing, scheduling tools) or willingness to learn.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a remote setting.

Interest in neuroscience, learning, AI, leadership, or behavioral transformation is highly beneficial.

Currently enrolled in or recently completed a program in communications, marketing, psychology, media, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Demonstrated ability to collaborate respectfully within diverse teams and adapt to feedback.
