Content Strategist + Brand Manager + Social Media Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a creative, sharp and highly proactive Content Strategist + Brand Manager + Social Media Manager to build and manage the content ecosystem for Lakhotia College of Design (LCOD).

This is not a routine social media posting role. You will be responsible for identifying stories, developing content ideas, planning campaigns, writing scripts and ensuring that everything happening around the college, its students, faculty, industry collaborations and founder is converted into meaningful digital content.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop monthly and weekly content strategies for LCOD and the founder's personal brand
- Plan and maintain content calendars across Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn
- Research trends, topics, competitors and creative-industry conversations
- Develop Reel ideas, hooks, scripts, captions and storytelling concepts
- Identify content opportunities from events, meetings, student activities, collaborations and campus life
- Coordinate with the Videographer/Editor for content production
- Manage publishing, scheduling and day-to-day social media operations
- Repurpose long-form content, podcasts and interviews into short-form content
- Develop content strategies for podcasts and industry interviews
- Monitor analytics and continuously improve content performance
- Build campaigns around admissions, events,



collaborations and institutional initiatives
- Maintain consistency in brand voice, positioning and visual communication
- Manage comments, basic community engagement and social media interactions
- Stay updated with Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn trends and platform changes

What We're Looking For

- Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn
- Excellent knowledge of content strategy and social media
- Strong writing and storytelling skills
- Excellent understanding of Reels and short-form content
- Good understanding of branding and positioning
- Creative thinker who can generate ideas independently
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced creative/education environment
- Someone who follows fashion, design, culture, business and digital trends

- Basic content analytics
