Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the SOC team to ensure effective 24x7 monitoring and incident response.

- Develop, maintain, and optimize SOC processes, playbooks, and escalation procedures.

- Coordinate and oversee threat detection, incident triage, analysis, containment, eradication, and recovery
- efforts.

- Monitor performance metrics and continuously improve SOC efficiency and maturity.

- Liaise with IT, risk, and compliance teams for coordinated cyber defense efforts.

- Provide regular reports on security posture, incidents, and SOC operations to senior management.

Requirements

Work Experience:





10+ years of experience in cybersecurity with at least 3-4 years in SOC operations leadership

Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or related field.

- Robust knowledge of SIEM, SOAR, IDS/IPS, EDR, and other SOC technologies.

- Experience with incident response, threat intelligence, and cyber defense strategies.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, GCIA, GCIH, or equivalent) preferred.
