Key Responsibilities

• Oversee 24/7 SOC operations, ensuring governance via dashboards and reports.

- Regular review of tools and technologies for security compliance and hardening.
- Review and update internal policies and procedures, ensuring adherence.
- Track and monitor regulatory compliance and effectiveness of controls.
- Maintain technology compliance reports and ensure closure of audit points.
- Support cybersecurity strategy, risk reduction, and compliance initiatives.
- Develop cyber resiliency for rapid recovery from incidents.
- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance on an ongoing basis.
- Provide weekly/monthly reports and dashboards to CISO and top management.

Requirements

Required Skills:

- Solid knowledge of SOC engineering, IT security, and compliance frameworks.
- Ability to manage audits, reporting, and closure of compliance gaps.
- Leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with cyber resiliency strategies and security technologies
