Role Description The SOC L2/L3 Trainer will design and deliver advanced training programs on Security Operations Center (SOC) processes, tools, and techniques for Level 2 and Level 3 analysts. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing structured curricula, creating lab exercises and simulations, preparing training materials, and conducting classroom and hands-on sessions.

The role involves mentoring learners on incident detection, analysis, response, and escalation, as well as guiding them on best practices for threat hunting, log analysis, and use of SIEM and other security tools. The Trainer will collaborate with internal teams to keep course content aligned with current cybersecurity trends and industry standards, and will assess learners’ performance through assignments, tests,



and practical evaluations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhopal.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of SOC operations, including incident detection, triage, investigation, escalation, and response at L2/L3 levels.
- Hands-on experience with SIEM platforms, endpoint security tools, network monitoring solutions, and threat intelligence platforms.
- Understanding of core cybersecurity concepts such as network security, malware analysis, vulnerability management, and log analysis.
- Experience designing training curricula, creating technical course materials, and delivering instructor-led sessions or workshops.
- Ability to explain complex technical topics clearly, adapt teaching methods to different learning styles, and provide constructive feedback.
- Relevant certifications such as CEH, SOC Analyst, CompTIA Security+, CySA+, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong documentation skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to staying current with emerging cyber threats and defensive techniques.
- Collaborative approach, professionalism in an on-site classroom environment, and willingness to support learners at different skill levels.
