About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Snag Manager to join our team at Malur Factory. The ideal candidate should have solid, hands-on knowledge of the product and interior work process, from start to finish, and should be confident in managing people, production, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end knowledge of the product and interior work.

Check and ensure Quality Control (QC) at every stage of production.

Coordinate and communicate regularly with other team members for daily updates.

Take materials from the Purchase team as per production requirement.

Manage the Production team and Shift Incharge on a day-to-day basis.

Work closely with other departments to stay updated on progress and issues.





Make sure every task is completed on time, without delays.

Maintain daily records and data using Excel.

Be active, responsive, and available for the team at all times.

Required Skills

7+ years of experience in the same industry (furniture/interior manufacturing).

Strong knowledge of product and interior work, end to end.

Valuable understanding of Quality Control (QC) processes.

Strong team handling and leadership skills.

Good communication skills to coordinate with different teams.

Basic to good knowledge of Excel for maintaining data.

Ability to manage time and complete tasks without delay.

Qualification

Any Graduate (Degree not a restriction, relevant experience matters more).
