Provide advanced level 3 support for Windows systems, addressing complex issues and ensuring system stability.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle advanced troubleshooting of Windows servers.
- Manage patching and system updates.
- Optimize performance and security.
- Collaborate with support

Skill Requirements

Expertise in Windows Server (2012/2016/2019/2022).

PowerShell scripting.

In-depth troubleshooting skills.

Patch management experience.
