Your Role As a Smartsheet Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting Smartsheet solutions that streamline project management, portfolio governance, and business operations. You will work closely with business stakeholders to build scalable workflows, dashboards, reports, and integrations that enhance productivity and decision-making. In this role, you will:

Design, develop, and maintain Smartsheet solutions to support business and project management processes.

Configure and administer Smartsheet applications including Control Center, Data Shuttle, Energetic View, and Resource Management.

Create and manage Sheets, Reports, Dashboards, Forms, and WorkApps to meet business requirements.

Develop and maintain automated workflows to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.

Implement complex formulas, cross-sheet references, and advanced Smartsheet functionalities.

Design and support integrations between Smartsheet and enterprise applications using APIs and third-party tools.

Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into effective Smartsheet solutions.

Analyze existing business processes and recommend workflow improvements and automation opportunities.

Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, user requests, and enhancement requirements.

Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and knowledge transfer materials to support adoption and governance.

Your Profile

Proven experience in Smartsheet development and administration.

Hands-on expertise with Smartsheet Control Center,



Data Shuttle, Dynamic View, and Resource Management.

Strong knowledge of Smartsheet Sheets, Reports, Dashboards, Forms, and WorkApps.

Experience designing and implementing workflow automation solutions within the Smartsheet ecosystem.

Proficiency in creating complex formulas, automations, and cross-sheet references.

Experience with Smartsheet integrations, APIs, and data connectivity solutions.

Strong understanding of business process improvement and workflow design methodologies.

Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work closely with business stakeholders and translate requirements into scalable solutions.

Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.
